Innovari at Usha Mittal Institute of Technology is an Innovation & Mentoring Hub that transforms ideas into reality with guidance, workstations, gadgets, sensors and drones, specially tailored for women entrepreneurs.
Innovari aims to create a supportive and inclusive community where mentees can share their experiences, learn from one another and find encouragement in their journeys. Our Journey
2020 – IIT Bombay (ASMP)
Founder of Innovari joined the Alumni Student Mentorship Program (ASMP) under SARC.
Began mentoring students formally through IITB’s structured program.
Built strong mentor–mentee bonds, often evolving into friendships.
Mentees felt comfortable discussing academic, professional, and personal challenges.
2021 – Informal Engagement Approach
Introduced icebreaker sessions (coffee/lunch meetings).
Encouraged frequent interactions via phone, messaging, and offline meetups.
Focused on building trust and open communication.
THIS IS HOW IT STARTED
About four years ago, a single seed was planted, with hope, courage and an unshakeable belief.
Today, that seed has grown into a strong, living tree called Innovari its roots deep, its branches wide no longer just an initiative, but poised to become a movement that will touch countless lives.
